General Terms & Conditions for Sale

PRICE

The price indicated in the price list are the maximum chargeable effective Aug' 2006, Company reserves the right to revise the price depending upon the changing market conditions. The company in such an event reserve the right to invoice the goods at the price, fixed and prevailing on the date of despatch. The prices mentioned in the price list are the maximum and it is open to the dealers and others to sell products at prices lower than indicated in this price list.

TAXES / VAT AND DUTIES

The price mentioned in the VAT price list are levies. Exemption from taxes/ duties can be sought by furnishing the requisite declaration / certificate, while placing the orders. Non-furnishing of the form will result in company charging / recovering higher tax / VAT duties.

CUSTOMERS

All products listed in the price list are sold to our distributors, who in turn effect supplies to dealers. However, the company in its direction may accept orders directly from consumers, provided the value of such orders is over Rs. 10000/- in the case of direct orders received by the company, the following additional terms will be applicable.

DELIVERY

While every effort will be made to adhere to delivery dates, no responsibility is and will be accepted for non-delivery or for delayed delivery items offered to the goods being in stock on the date of receipt of the order.

FRIGHT

All orders of the value of Rs.25,000 or more will be supplied F.O.R. destination by road transport or goods train. For goods of the value less than Rs.25,000 the consignment will be despatched on fright to pay basis.

INSURANCE

The goods are packed with utmost care and forwarded at customer's risk. If the customer wants the goods to be insured, on his request, the company will insure such goods to be paid by the customer.

BULK PACK REQUIREMENT

Bulk Pack requirement will be treated differently for the price delivery and discount, depending upon the specific requirement of the dealers / end users..

SPECIAL NOTICE

All chemical listed here in are for LABORATORY USE only. We assume no responsibility if they are used for medical or Pharmaceutical application.

PAYMENTS

Every order should accompany 25% cost ad advance by demand draft and for balance the documents will be negotiated through any schedule bank

PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE

For advance payment by D.D. with purchase order may enjoy 2% cash discount on the net value of goods despatched or part payment of the same

JURISDICTION

All disputes will be subject to CHENNAI jurisdiction only

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATION

Orders which are in writing, once placed, shall not be revoked or cancelled. So also the goods onece despatched against the confirmed order, should not be returned and the Company shall not accepted such returned goods.
